• Each sign is custom made and is created using real wood. Because no two pieces of wood are the same in tone or grain, each sign will be unique in appearance, especially the stained wood signs offered. 
• All lettering and design is hand painted and not a vinyl sticker, guaranteeing that your sign will last for years to come. 
• Due to the time and care that goes into creating each sign, please allow as much as 2 weeks for your sign to arrive. Most signs, however, will ship in 5- 7 days from the time you placed your order. 
• Shipping is calculated by weight. Free local pickup is also offered.
• It is my goal that you are 100% satisfied with your sign purchase. Although I do not take returns, please email if you are dissatisfied with your sign for any reason so I can try to rectify the issue.
